help! Periodically, we'll be updating this section as new

Delivery Time?
We work extremely hard to get
your order processed within 3-4 business days. Your order will
ship accordingly thereafter and most orders will arrive to you
within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Options?
Shipping charges
are determined by the total value of your order. Standard
shipping charges apply to the continental United States (We
have the right to update and/or change shipping charges at any
time). Rush delivery is available at an additional charge.
Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.

Regular
Shipping charges is $1 per item plus a $5.95 handling fee.
Second Day Air
Need your order in a hurry? We offer Second Day Air Service
which you will receive within 4 business days upon receipt of
your order, not including day of order. Add $15.00 to what
would be your regular shipping charge to determine the cost of
shipping.
Canadian
Surcharge — $15.00
All orders shipped to Canada require an additional $15.00
surcharge. These orders are shipped through the US Postal
Service (USPS).

Will My Credit
Card & Personal Information Be Safe?
Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security software is the
industry standard and among the best available today for
securing online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your
personal information, including credit card number, name, and
address so that it cannot be read as the information travels
over the Internet.
You will not receive e-mail from us (other than customer
service e-mail related to a particular order or request of
yours).

Returns,
Exchanges, Cancellations, or Modifications?
All items must be returned within
15 days of receipt.
Returns are
accepted for exchanges only. No returns or exchanges on custom
tailor items (You will know if your veil is custom because you
have to contact us with your specific custom needs).
After processing
your return, you will receive a receipt of credit. If you wish
to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to
your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion
of the order. We charge shipping & handling for exchanged
orders being reshipped.
Once an order has
reached our distribution center an order cannot be cancelled
or modified. If the order is unwanted you will need to ship
the order back to us as a return or exchange.
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR RETURNS:
1. Email us at
info@lilisconcepts.com
to request for a return authorization number.
2. All return requests must be
made within 15 days of receipt of order.
Once the order has been picked up or received,
you have 15 days until it must be postmarked for return. It
does not need to be back to us in 15 days, just postmarked.
3.
All returns must have your return authorization number clearly
printed on outside of box.
3. The item is in brand new condition and has not been worn or
altered or modified in any way.
4.
The item must be returned in its original box with packaging,
or a comparable box & packing.
Returns
sent back in envelopes of any kind will not be accepted
because of the damage incurred to the product when this is
done.

Damaged Items?
If any of your items have been
damaged during shipping. We will replace any item damaged in
shipping.
